The ReVoice! Festival was started in 2010 by Mancio in association with the Pizza Express Jazz Club to showcase vocal and instrumental talent from both and established performers. This disc presents 12 tracks of duo performances by Georgia with many of the pianists and double-bass players that appeared over the years.

Colin Oxley provides guitar backing on Things We Did and Minardi’s accordion backs her on Le Strade. The singer has a wide vocal range and she uses it extensively to provide plenty of variety of both sound and programming. Cleyndert’s bass is strong and woody on Fragile and Cottle is suitably up and down the register on electric bass on Sugar.

Georgia is low key and reflective on I Do It For Your Love as Nikki Iles is quietly and effectively lyrical. Bendita was composed by Georgia and Tom Cawley and they combine here to provide a sombre, moving reading. A bolder, commanding sound is favoured by Liane Carroll on Going Back. The singer manages to get plenty of expression, meaning and emotion into all these tracks and includes a hard swinger, Just in Time, complete with scat section and some tasty bass from Janisch. I Do It For Your Love and Willow Weep For Me are highlights and the set ends with a glowing, romantic performance of When I Live My Dream, enhanced as it is by rich, highly sensitive piano accompaniment by Ian Shaw.
